Payment, Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all bookings, sessions, and training services provided by WorkLifeRewired.

By making a payment, you agree to these terms.

Payment Terms

​

Focused Sessions and AI Rewired Live Trainings 

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session or spot.

 

Clarity Compass (3-Week Program)

  • A 50% deposit is required upon booking.

  • The remaining 50% balance is due at the start of Week 3 of the program.

 

Transformation Pathway (6-Week Program)

  • A 50% deposit is required upon booking.

  • The remaining 50% balance is due at the start of Week 4 of the program.

 

Payment Methods

  • All payments are processed securely via PayPal through our booking system (Calendly, Eventbrite) or direct invoicing.

 

Failure to Pay

  • Failure to complete payment by the due date may result in the suspension or cancellation of services.

 

Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

Your 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (Consumer Law)

Under EU & Greek consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of the transaction date, without giving a reason.

  • Before Service Delivery:

If you cancel within this 14-day period and the service (session, training, or program) has not yet begun, you are entitled to a full refund. Please note that this legal right may override other timelines mentioned in our policy for certain products.

  • After Service Delivery:

Your right of withdrawal ends once a service has been fully delivered (e.g., after a session or training has occurred), even if this happens within the 14-day period. For multi-session programs, partial delivery may proportionally reduce your withdrawal right according to EU consumer law.

Our Specific Policies for Each Service

We tailor our policies to the nature of each service to balance your flexibility with our operational needs.

AI Rewired Live Training Courses (via Eventbrite)

Live workshops are considered “date-specific services” under EU consumer law. Our policy is designed to be fair and transparent, balancing your flexibility with the logistics of a live event.

  • Full Refunds:

You can receive a full refund for any cancellation made up to 7 full days before the event's start date. For your convenience, refunds can be processed automatically through your Eventbrite ticket.

  • Non-Refundable Window:

In line with standard practice for date-specific services, cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable. This cutoff allows us to finalize preparations and offer any open spots to our waitlist. Purchasing a ticket for a specific date confirms your agreement to this term.

  • Transfers:

If you cannot attend within the 7-day non-refundable window, you may transfer your ticket to a friend or colleague by updating the name and email on your Eventbrite ticket.

Focused Sessions (Single Session)

  • You may reschedule or cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours before your scheduled session time.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.

  • If you miss your session without notice (no-show), it will be considered completed and no refund will be issued.

 

Programs & Multi-Session Packages

(Applies to Clarity Compass, Transformation Pathway, and Multi-Session Focused Packages)

These offerings involve significant preparation and reserved time slots at a discounted rate.

  • The Initial Payment (Deposit or Full Package Price):

    • Your initial payment is fully refundable under the 14-day right of withdrawal, only if the service has not yet begun.

    • The initial payment becomes 100% non-refundable as soon as the first session is attended, even if this occurs within the 14-day period, as the service has commenced.

  • Cancelling a Program with a Second Payment (Clarity Compass & Transformation Pathway):

    • If you cancel after the first session but before the second payment is due: Your deposit is non-refundable, and no further payments will be charged.

    • If you cancel after the second payment is made: The second payment covers the remaining block of sessions. A refund for this second block will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for any fully unused sessions only. For example, if the second payment covered 4 sessions and you attended 1 of them before cancelling, you would be refunded for the 3 remaining unused sessions.

  • Rescheduling & No-Shows for Individual Sessions within a Program/Package:

    • You may reschedule any booked session with at least 24 hours' notice.

    • If you cancel a session with less than 24 hours' notice or miss a session (no-show), that session will be forfeited from your package or program.

Dissatisfaction & Fair Resolutions

My goal is for you to find value in our work together. If you are genuinely dissatisfied with a service, please contact me at cath@workliferewired.com within 5 days of the service delivery. I am committed to listening and finding a fair, human-centered resolution.

How to Request a Change

For AI Rewired Live Training Courses:

Please use the self-service options in your Eventbrite ticket to request a refund (if eligible) or to transfer your ticket to another person.

For all other services (Focused Sessions, Programs):

To reschedule, cancel, or request a refund, please email me directly at cath@workliferewired.com with your booking details.

 

Cancellation by WorkLifeRewired

In rare circumstances, WorkLifeRewired may need to cancel a session, training, or program.

  • Individual Sessions (Focused Sessions, Program Sessions):

    • If WorkLifeRewired cancels a one-on-one session, you will be notified as soon as possible. You will be offered the option to reschedule the session at your earliest convenience or receive a full refund for that specific session.

  • AI Rewired Live Trainings (Individual Sessions & Modules):

    • WorkLifeRewired reserves the right to cancel a group training due to unforeseen circumstances, technical issues, or insufficient enrollment.

    • If a training is cancelled by WorkLifeRewired, all registered participants will be notified immediately. You will be offered a full refund or a credit for a future training session.

As a one-person business offering custom work and limited time slots, this policy creates mutual respect and accountability. It protects the time and preparation invested in your journey while providing clear and fair options for managing life's unexpected changes.
