Payment, Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to all bookings, sessions, and training services provided by WorkLifeRewired.
By making a payment, you agree to these terms.

Payment Terms

Focused Sessions and AI Rewired Live Trainings

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session or spot.
Clarity Compass (3-Week Program)

A 50% deposit is required upon booking.

The remaining 50% balance is due at the start of Week 3 of the program.
Transformation Pathway (6-Week Program)
-
A 50% deposit is required upon booking.
-
The remaining 50% balance is due at the start of Week 4 of the program.
Payment Methods

All payments are processed securely via PayPal through our booking system (Calendly, Eventbrite) or direct invoicing.
Failure to Pay

Failure to complete payment by the due date may result in the suspension or cancellation of services.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Your 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (Consumer Law)
Under EU & Greek consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of the transaction date, without giving a reason.

Before Service Delivery: If you cancel within this 14-day period and the service (session, training, or program) has not yet begun, you are entitled to a full refund. This legal right overrides any other timeline mentioned in our policy.

After Service Delivery: Your right of withdrawal is extinguished once a service has been fully delivered (e.g., after a training or session has occurred), even if this happens within the 14-day period.

Our specific policies for each service are outlined below.

AI Rewired Live Training Courses

Cancellations > 48 Hours Before Event: You are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations < 48 Hours Before Event: Cancellations are non-refundable. However, you have two options:

Transfer: You may transfer your spot to another person. Please email us the new participant's full name and email at least 2 hours before the event.

Credit: You may request a credit for the full ticket value, valid for a future AI Training session. Credit requests must be made before the original session begins.

No-Shows: Participants who do not attend without prior notification are not eligible for a refund or credit.

AI Training Modules (Bundles)
When you purchase an AI Training Module, you are buying a package of training credits at a discounted rate. This purchase is governed by the following terms:

14-Day Right of Withdrawal: You may request a full refund for the module purchase within 14 days of the transaction date, only if you have not yet attended or booked any training sessions within the module. Once you attend your first session, the service is considered to have begun, and the module becomes non-refundable.

Non-Refundable After Use: After the 14-day withdrawal period has passed or after you have attended your first training in the module (whichever comes first), the entire module package is non-refundable. This is because the discounted price is contingent on the full module purchase.

Booking Individual Sessions: You can use your module credits to book available trainings by emailing us directly. Bookings are subject to space availability.

Rescheduling a Session: If you have booked a specific training and need to reschedule, you must notify us at least 48 hours before that training's start time. We will return the credit to your account to be used for a future date.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows: If you cancel a booked session within 48 hours of its start time, or if you do not attend (no-show), the credit for that specific session will be forfeited and cannot be used again.

Expiration: All training credits included in a module must be used within 12 months of the original purchase date. Any unused credits after 12 months will expire.

Non-Transferable: Module credits are non-transferable to other individuals or other services.

Focused Sessions (Single Session)

You may reschedule or cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours before your scheduled session time.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.

If you miss your session without notice (no-show), it will be considered completed and no refund will be issued.
Programs & Multi-Session Packages
(Applies to Clarity Compass, Transformation Pathway, and Multi-Session Focused Packages)

These offerings involve significant preparation and reserved time slots at a discounted rate.

The Initial Payment (Deposit or Full Package Price):

Your initial payment is fully refundable under the 14-day right of withdrawal, only if the service has not yet begun.

The initial payment becomes 100% non-refundable as soon as the first session is attended, even if this occurs within the 14-day period, as the service has commenced.

Cancelling a Program with a Second Payment (Clarity Compass & Transformation Pathway):

If you cancel after the first session but before the second payment is due: Your deposit is non-refundable, and no further payments will be charged.

If you cancel after the second payment is made: The second payment covers the remaining block of sessions. A refund for this second block will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for any fully unused sessions only. For example, if the second payment covered 4 sessions and you attended 1 of them before cancelling, you would be refunded for the 3 remaining unused sessions.

Rescheduling & No-Shows for Individual Sessions within a Program/Package:

You may reschedule any booked session with at least 24 hours' notice.

If you cancel a session with less than 24 hours' notice or miss a session (no-show), that session will be forfeited from your package or program.

My goal is for you to find value in our work together. If you are genuinely dissatisfied with a service, please contact me at workliferewired@gmail.com within 5 days of the service delivery. I am committed to listening and finding a fair, human-centered resolution.

How to Request a Change
To reschedule, cancel, or request a refund, please email me directly at workliferewired@gmail.com with your booking details.
Cancellation by WorkLifeRewired
In rare circumstances, WorkLifeRewired may need to cancel a session, training, or program.

Individual Sessions (Focused Sessions, Program Sessions):

If WorkLifeRewired cancels a one-on-one session, you will be notified as soon as possible. You will be offered the option to reschedule the session at your earliest convenience or receive a full refund for that specific session.

AI Rewired Live Trainings (Individual Sessions & Modules):

WorkLifeRewired reserves the right to cancel a group training due to unforeseen circumstances, technical issues, or insufficient enrollment.

If a training is cancelled by WorkLifeRewired, all registered participants will be notified immediately. You will be offered a full refund or a credit for a future training session.
